摘　　要：“三北精神”以“艰苦奋斗、无私奉献、锲而不舍、久久为功”为核心内涵,是中国共产党人精神谱系和中华民族精神的有机组成部分。“三北精神”为北疆文化提供了丰厚的精神滋养,充分彰显了北疆文化的鲜明特质,是内蒙古各族人民最鲜明的精神标识。“三北精神”是在“三北”工程建设实践中形成的宝贵精神财富,是内蒙古践行习近平生态文明思想的成功例证,是新时代新征程上内蒙古各族人民凝心聚力全方位建设模范自治区、完成好“五大任务”、不断丰富人民精神生活的重要动力源泉。The Three-North Spirit with the core connotation of hard struggle,selfless dedication,perseverance,and long-term commitment is an organic part of the spirit spectrum of the Chinese Communists and the spirit of the Chinese nation,which provides rich nourishment for the Chinese northern borderland culture,fully demonstrates the distinct characteristics of Chinese northern borderland culture,and is the most distinct spiritual symbol of the people all ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia.The Three-North Spirit is a precious spiritual wealth formed in the practice of the Three-North project construction,an example of Inner Mongolia's practice of XI Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,and an important driving force for the people of all ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia to unite and strive build a model autonomous region in an allround way,to complete the five major tasks well,and to continuously enrich the spiritual life of the people in the new era new journey.
