摘 要:建筑门窗的气密性直接影响到室内热环境的稳定性和建筑能效的优化,而密封五金件作为门窗气密性的核心部件,其性能和设计对建筑节能效果起着至关重要的作用。本文分析了门窗密封五金件的基本构造与功能,并提出了一系列优化设计原则,包括密封材料的选择、结构的改进以及新型密封技术的应用,同时,评估了气密性优化对建筑节能效果的影响。研究表明,优化后的门窗密封五金件能够显著提高气密性,降低建筑的能耗,具有较好的节能效果与经济性,对推动绿色建筑的发展具有重要意义。The air tightness of building doors and Windows directly affects the stability of indoor thermal environment and the optimization of building energy efficiency,and sealing hardware as the core components of doors and Windows air tightness,its performance and design play a crucial role in building energy efficiency.This paper analyzes the basic structure and function of door and window sealing hardware,and puts forward a series of optimization design principles,including the selection of sealing materials,the improvement of structure and the application of new sealing technology,and evaluates the impact of air tightness optimization on building energy efficiency.The research shows that the optimized door and window sealing hardware can significantly improve the air tightness,reduce the energy consumption of the building,and have a good energy saving effect and economy,which is of great significance to promote the development of green buildings.
