摘 要:本文分析了装配式建筑的特点及门窗五金在其结构中扮演的关键角色,阐述了门窗五金标准化设计的必要性,指出通过设计标准化可以提高生产效率、保证质量并降低施工成本。在安装工艺方面,本文提出了优化策略,包括安装精度的提高、施工流程的标准化及智能化工具的应用。通过BIM技术对门窗五金的设计和安装过程进行模拟与优化,进一步提升了安装效率和施工质量。研究表明,通过标准化设计与工艺优化,可以显著提升装配式建筑的整体质量与施工效率。This paper analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the key role played by door and window hardware in its structure,expounds the necessity of standardized design of door and window hardware,and points out that through design standardization can improve production efficiency,ensure quality and reduce construction costs.In the aspect of installation technology,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy,including the improvement of installation accuracy,the standardization of construction process and the application of intelligent tools.BIM technology is used to simulate and optimize the design and installation process of door and window hardware,which further improves the installation efficiency and construction quality.The research shows that the overall quality and construction efficiency of prefabricated buildings can be significantly improved through standardized design and process optimization.
