摘 要:本文系统探讨了不锈钢紧固件腐蚀的类型与机理,分析了环境因素、材料选择及设计缺陷对其耐腐蚀性能的影响。基于此,研究了几种主要的表面处理技术,包括传统的电镀、喷涂和阳极氧化技术,以及新型的激光表面处理、纳米涂层和等离子体表面改性技术。研究表明,表面处理不仅能有效提高不锈钢的抗腐蚀性能,还能增强其硬度、耐磨性及机械强度,尤其是在极端环境中的表现更加优越。In this paper,the types and mechanisms of corrosion of stainless steel fasteners were systematically discussed,and the effects of environmental factors,material selection and design defects on their corrosion resistance were analyzed.Based on this,several main surface treatment technologies are studied,including traditional electroplating,spraying and anodizing technologies,as well as new laser surface treatment,nano coating and plasma surface modification technologies.The research shows that the surface treatment can not only effectively improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel,but also enhance its hardness,wear resistance and mechanical strength,especially in extreme environments.
