摘 要:随着现代信息技术的不断发展,科技也将对社会生产方式带来极大的改变,智能技术的应用会变得越来越广泛,从而会使社会逐渐发展为智能时代,许多制造业都将面临着升级迭代。其中,不锈钢阀门制造业也需要在跟上时代发展做出变革,不锈钢阀门作为流体控制领域的核心部件,在电力能源、石油化工等行业中都具有重要的作用。基于此,本文将简要对工业大数据在制造业中的作用进行介绍,然后针对不锈钢阀门制造业应用大数据的必要性进行分析,最后再提出一些加强不锈钢阀门制造业应用大数据的策略。with the continuous development of modern information technology,science and technology will also bring great changes to the mode of social production.The application of intelligent technology will become more and more widely,which will gradually develop the society into an intelligent era,and many manufacturing industries will face upgrading and iteration.Among them,the stainless steel valve manufacturing industry also needs to make changes to keep up with the development of the times.As the core component in the field of fluid control,stainless steel valves play an important role in power,energy,petrochemical and other industries.Based on this,this paper will briefly introduce the role of industrial big data in the manufacturing industry,then analyze the necessity of applying big data in the stainless steel valve manufacturing industry,and finally put forward some strategies to strengthen the application of big data in the stainless steel valve manufacturing industry.
