摘　　要：螺栓连接技术是建筑建材五金行业中不可或缺的核心技术之一。本文从螺栓连接的工艺流程、影响连接质量的关键因素以及优化措施等角度,全面探讨了建筑建材五金中螺栓连接技术的施工应用与优化。首先分析了螺栓连接的工艺流程及其关键技术要点;其次重点探讨了影响螺栓连接质量的主要因素;最后提出了螺栓连接技术的优化措施。本文旨在为建筑建材五金行业螺栓连接技术的应用优化提供理论依据和实践指导。Bolt connection technology is one of the indispensable core technologies in the building materials and hardware industry.This article comprehensively explores the construction application and optimization of bolt connection technology in building materials hardware from the perspectives of the process flow of bolt connection,key factors affecting connection quality,and optimization measures.Firstly,the process flow and key technical points of bolt connection were analyzed;Secondly,the main factors affecting the quality of bolted connections were discussed in detail;Finally,optimization measures for bolt connection technology were proposed.This article aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the application optimization of bolt connection technology in the building materials and hardware industry.
