摘  要:五金加工行业因生产效率低、产品质量不稳定和能耗高等问题,制约了可持续发展。本研究以潍坊市某企业为案例,探讨设备自动化改造路径及效能提升影响。通过对改造前后生产效率、合格率、能耗、故障率及维护成本等关键指标的对比,结果显示:生产效率提升40%,合格率提高至97.5%,能耗下降26.5%,运行稳定性和经济效益显著增强。本研究提出的低成本高效益方案,为中小企业实现智能化、绿色化转型提供了实践参考,并对行业升级和区域发展具有重要意义。The hardware processing industry faces challenges such as low efficiency,unstable quality,and high energy consumption,hindering sustainable development.Using a Weifang enterprise as a case,this study explores automation transformation pathways and their impact on performance.Comparative analysis of key indicators before and after the transformation shows a 40%increase in production efficiency,a rise in product qualification rate to 97.5%,a 26.5%reduction in energy consumption,and significant improvements in operational stability and economic benefits.The proposed low-cost,high-efficiency solution provides practical guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve intelligent and green transformation,offering valuable insights for industrial upgrading and regional development.
