摘  要:汽车座椅模拟进出试验是模拟乘员在上下车过程中座椅的使用情况,主要验证座椅面套、发泡和骨架等零件是否能够达到使用寿命,是一种考察座椅耐久性、可靠性和舒适性的重要手段。近年来,随着新能源汽车的发展,汽车座椅作为汽车最为重要的内饰被不断优化升级,通风、加热和按摩等功能不断集成到座椅上。本文对这部分功能部件在不同标准下的座椅模拟进出试验中的性能变化展开研究,希望可以为相关零部件企业在产品设计上提供一些参考。Simulated car seat entry and exit test is to simulate the use case of the seat in the process of passengers getting on and off the car.It is mainly to verify whether the seat cover,foam,framework and other parts can reach the service life,thus is an important means to investigate the durability,reliability and comfort of the seat.In recent years,with the development of new energy vehicles,car seat has been continuously optimized as the most important part of car interior,in which ventilation,heating,massage and other functions have been continuously integrated.The study of the performance changes of this part of the functional components in the simulated test of the seat under different standards will hopefully help the related parts and components enterprises in the product design stage.
