摘　　要：针对我国慢性病患者长期服药过程中出现忘记吃药、吃错药、不按时吃药的问题,本文提出便携式智能药盒设计。该设计主要包括水杯、药桶、底盖三大部分,其中药桶内部设有自动配药机构与控制系统,控制系统包括电源接口、电源模块、按键模块、最小系统、语音模块、4G网络模块、AT24C02存储模块、步进电机驱动模块、电动推杆驱动模块、液晶显示模块,该设计实现功能主要包括自动配药、按时提醒患者服药、与监护人的通信设备交互,本文利用3D打印技术搭建配药机构实物模型,通过验证,该模型可实现100%准确配药,结合语音模块、4G网络模块功能,可有效解决患者忘记吃药、吃错药、不按时吃药的问题。In response to the problem of chronic disease patients in China forgetting to take medication,taking the wrong medication,and not taking medication on time during the long-term medication process,this article proposes the"Design of Portable Intelligent Medicine Box".The design mainly includes three parts:water cup,medicine bucket,and bottom cover.The medicine barrel is equipped with an automatic dispensing mechanism and control system inside.The control system includes a power interface,power module,button module,minimum system,voice module,4G network module,AT24C02 storage module,stepper motor drive module,electric push rod drive module,and LCD display module.The main functions of this design implementation include automatic medication dispensing,timely reminders for patients to take their medication,and communication device interaction with guardians.This article uses 3D printing technology to build a physical model of the dispensing mechanism.Through verification,the model can achieve 100%accurate drug dispensing.This model combines the functions of voice module and 4G network module,which can effectively solve the problems of patients forgetting to take medication,taking the wrong medication,and not taking medication on time.
