摘  要:针对原有机舱动力装置主机监控故障诊断系统数据负载能力较差,导致多主机舰船机舱动力装置主机监控故障诊断精度较差的问题,设计新型多主机舰船机舱动力装置主机监控故障诊断系统。设计数据分析器,提升系统的数据分析能力,其余硬件引用原有系统硬件。在主机中安装传感器并设定信号数据库,完成动力信号的监控与采集。计算数据库内数据的有量纲参数,获取信号数据的特征值。在系统中增加机器学习模块,将特征提取后的数据进行训练,完成对主机故障的诊断。结合上述硬件与软件,多主机舰船机舱动力装置主机监控故障诊断系统设计完成。展开系统测试,与原有系统相比,此系统的负载能力较好。由此可知,此系统的使用性能优于原有系统。In view of the poor data load capacity of the original engine room power plant main engine monitoring fault diagnosis system,which leads to the poor accuracy of the multi engine room power plant main engine monitoring fault diagnosis,a new multi engine room power plant main engine monitoring fault diagnosis system is designed.Data analyzer is designed to improve the data analysis ability of the system,and other hardware references the original system hardware.Install the sensor in the host and set the signal database to complete the monitoring and acquisition of power signal.The dimension parameters of data in database are calculated,and the characteristic values of signal data are obtained.Add machine learning module in the system,train the data after feature extraction,and complete the fault diagnosis of the host.Combined with the above hardware and software,the main engine monitoring and fault diagnosis system of engine room power plant of multi host ship is designed.Compared with the original system,the load capacity of this system is better.Therefore,the performance of this system is better than the original system.
