摘  要:传统舰船电动机功率因数补偿方法,主要通过补偿检测硬件来获取功率同步因数与异步因数间的差量,根据差量来决定补偿量的大小。此种方法受到补偿硬件检测精准度影响较大,存在不定量的补偿误差。因此,提出基于嵌入式技术的舰船电动机功率因数补偿研究,通过采用嵌入式方式,对船舶电动机控制功率参量进行模型计算。对模型中的电动机功率参量进行解耦计算,获取惯性无功补偿量。最后,对解耦计算后的电动机进行惯性无功补偿。通过实验对提出研究方法的准确性进行对比验证,证明其具有显著提升电动机功率补偿精准度,减小误差的效果。The traditional ship motor power factor compensation method mainly uses the compensation detection hardware to obtain the difference between the power synchronization factor and the asynchronous factor,and the magnitude of the compensation amount is determined according to the difference.The method is affected by the accuracy of the compensation hardware detection,and there is a non-quantitative compensation error.Therefore,the power factor compensation of the ship motor based on the embedded technology is put forward,the control power parameter of the ship motor is calculated by adopting the embedded mode,and then the motor power parameter in the model is decoupled and calculated to obtain the inertia reactive power compensation amount;and finally,carrying out inertia reactive compensation on the motor after the decoupling calculation,To be paid for.The accuracy of the proposed method is compared and verified by the experiment,and it is proved that it has the effect of obviously improving the accuracy of the motor’s power compensation and reducing the error.
