摘　　要：针对原有船舶污水处理系统存在CODcr处理性能较差的问题,设计一种船舶污水处理系统,系统的硬件包括存储器模块、上位机模块,其中存储器模块由SD卡,FLASH,SRAM,EEPROM等存储器构成;上位机模块主要由上位机、PLC、船舶污水处理设备构成。系统的软件构成包括上位机软件模块、巡检模块,其中上位机软件模块主要通过组态工控WinCC软件进行上位机指令编程,编程语言为C++,能够实现船舶污水处理图形界面与数据流的动画展示效果;巡检模块主要负责对船舶污水处理情况进行巡检,主要通过巡检软件实现该功能。通过硬件与软件相结合,实现了船舶污水处理功能。为了证明该系统的CODcr处理性能较强,将原有船舶污水处理系统与该系统进行实验。实验结果证明该系统的CODcr处理性能优于原有船舶污水处理系统。In view of the poor performance of CODCr in the original ship sewage treatment system, a ship sewage treatment system is designed. The hardware of the system includes memory module and upper computer module, in which the memory module is composed of SD card, flash, SRAM, EEPROM and other memory;the upper computer module is mainly composed of upper computer, PLC and ship sewage treatment equipment. The software structure of the system includes the upper computer software module and patrol module. The upper computer software module mainly configures the industrial control WinCC software to program the upper computer instructions. The programming language is C + +, which can realize the animation display effect of the ship sewage treatment graphical interface and data flow. The patrol module is mainly responsible for patrol inspection of the ship sewage treatment situation, mainly through patrol inspection software Realize this function. Through the combination of hardware and software, the ship sewage treatment function is realized. In order to prove that the CODcr treatment performance of the system is strong, the original ship sewage treatment system is tested with the system. The experimental results show that the CODcr treatment performance of the system is better than the original ship sewage treatment system.
