摘 要:传统的数据挖掘方法收敛性差,导致挖掘定位数据的速度较慢,因此提出网格环境下的船舶航行GPS定位数据快速挖掘方法。该方法利用回归方程确定GPS定位坏点数据,通过归一化处理修复数据,提升挖掘收敛速度;基于局部特征参量,设置数据时间序列;获取数据发展规律,根据置信度和提升度确定挖掘规则。测试结果表明,与传统方法相比,所提出方法的收敛效果更好,挖掘定位数据的速度更快。由此可见,该方法更满足现阶段的数据挖掘基本要求。The traditional data mining method has poor convergence, which leads to a slower speed of mining positioning data. Therefore, a fast GPS mining data mining method for ship navigation in a grid environment is proposed. This method uses regression equations to determine GPS positioning bad point data, and normalizes the repair data to improve the mining convergence speed. Based on the local characteristic parameters, the data time series is set. The data development law is obtained, and the mining rules are determined based on the confidence and promotion degree. The test results show that compared with the traditional method, the proposed method has better convergence effect and the speed of mining positioning data is faster. It can be seen that this method meets the basic requirements of data mining at this stage.
