摘 要:当前,在舰船动力系统运行中使用大量低功耗电子电路替代传统的导线传输电路,起到降低电能损耗的作用。由于低功耗电子电路在使用中会出现隐性故障,所以需要实现对电子电路设备状态的检测,及时采集故障信息,做好故障排除工作。本文分析舰船动力系统低功耗电子电路故障检测需求,并从功能设计、软件设计和硬件设计3个方面入手,提出电路故障检测系统设计方法,以及小波分析在电路故障检测中的应用,通过对比实验研究表明,基于小波分析的电路故障检测能够保证数据获取的精确度。At present,a large number of low-power electronic circuits are used in the operation of ship power systems to replace traditional wire transmission circuits,which play a role in reducing power loss.Since low-power electronic circuits will have hidden faults in use,it is necessary to detect the status of electronic circuit equipment,collect fault information in time,and do a good job of troubleshooting.This paper analyzes the requirements of low-power electronic circuit fault detection for ship power systems,and proposes a circuit fault detection system design method from three aspects: functional design,software design and hardware design,as well as the application of wavelet analysis in circuit fault detection.Comparative experimental research shows that circuit fault detection based on wavelet analysis can ensure the accuracy of data acquisition.
