摘  要:考虑到传统变频器调速控制方法无法满足船舶使用要求,为了确保船用变频器调速控制的稳定性,提出应用改进NLMS算法的船用变频器调速PLC控制方法。利用改进NLMS算法采集了变频器运行过程中的转速调节信号,通过定义控制频率函数,计算出船用变频器调速PLC自动控制的频率,通过对船用变频器进行荷载能力增量处理,完成船用变频器调速PLC控制的优化,应用改进的NLMS算法,并结合触发角组合方式,设计了船用变频器调速PLC控制流程,实现了船用变频器调速PLC控制。实验结果表明,改进NLMS算法的船用变频器调速PLC控制方法不仅可以稳定控制变频器电流,还可以保证转速控制的稳定性。Considering that the traditional frequency converter speed regulation control method can not meet the requirements of ship use,in order to ensure the stability of marine frequency converter speed regulation control,a marine frequency converter speed regulation PLC control method based on improved NLMS algorithm is proposed.The speed regulation signal during the operation of the frequency converter is collected by using the improved NLMS algorithm.By defining the control frequency function,the frequency of the marine frequency converter speed regulation PLC automatic control is calculated.Through the incremental processing of the load capacity of the marine frequency converter,the optimization of the marine frequency converter speed regulation PLC control is completed.The improved NLMS algorithm is applied and combined with the trigger angle combination mode.The PLC control flow of marine frequency converter speed regulation is designed,and the PLC control of marine frequency converter speed regulation is realized.The experimental results show that the PLC control method of marine frequency converter speed regulation based on improved NLMS algorithm can not only stably control the frequency converter current,but also ensure the stability of speed control.
