摘  要:大型舰船型材测量与加工是体现造船水平的关键环节,当前船用型材冷弯加工是一项技术含量高、精确度要求高的工作,而传统的测量控制方法已经难以满足实时测量、精确控制的加工要求,这就使冷弯加工成型控制系统研究成为了造船领域研究的重要课题之一。本文分析了大型舰船型材测量控制法,即近似弧长三次参数测量控制法,并提出了型材冷弯加工成型技术的实现方法,经过仿真实验证实本控制系统能够保证型材加工精度和加工效率。The measurement and processing of large-scale ship profiles is a key link to reflect the level of shipbuilding.At present,cold-bending processing of marine profiles is a job with high technical content and high accuracy requirements.Traditional measurement and control methods have been difficult to meet the requirements of real-time measurement and precise control.Processing requirements,which makes the research of the cold bending forming control system become one of the important subjects in the field of shipbuilding.This paper analyzes the large-scale ship profile measurement control method,which is the approximate arc length three-time parameter measurement control method,and proposes the realization method of the profile cold bending forming technology.The simulation experiment proves that the control system can ensure the profile processing accuracy and processing efficiency.
