摘  要:对以往提出方法的优点进行总结,在故障诊断中对模糊支持向量机进行优化应用,提出一种优化诊断方法。基于模糊支持向量机进行发电机故障分类,构建模糊故障分类模型。利用故障仿真模型获取各种发电机故障的对应电流信号,将电流信号中的特征量设为模型的四维输入向量。根据模糊故障分类模型的分类结果和船舶发电机历史运行数据,建立故障诊断融合识别框架。根据建立的故障诊断融合识别框架,将故障诊断过程分为4个步骤进行船舶发电机的实际故障诊断。对模糊支持向量机的优化应用进行实例研究,测试结果证明其优化应用实现了有效的故障诊断,验证了设计方法的有效性。Summarize the advantages of the previous methods,optimize the application of fuzzy support vector machine in fault diagnosis,and propose an optimized diagnosis method.Fuzzy support vector machine is used to classify generator faults,and a fuzzy fault classification model is constructed.The fault simulation model is used to obtain the corresponding current signals of various generator faults,and the characteristic quantities in the current signals are set as the four-dimensional input vector of the model.According to the classification results of the fuzzy fault classification model and the historical operating data of ship generators,a fault diagnosis fusion recognition framework is established.According to the established fault diagnosis fusion recognition framework,the fault diagnosis process is divided into four steps for actual fault diagnosis of ship generators.A case study of the optimization application of fuzzy support vector machine is carried out.The test results prove that the optimization application of the fuzzy support vector machine realizes effective fault diagnosis,and the validity of the design method is verified.
