摘 要:为避免柴油机气缸油量过高或过低,造成活塞、缸套无法磨合或机件污染情况,研究船用柴油机气缸油消耗率均衡控制技术,利用电控气缸注油器均衡控制柴油机气缸油消耗率,电控气缸注油器将回流电控阀安装于柴油机气缸机械注油器出口以及气缸注油枪中,其中回流电控阀由回流阀偶件、阀体、电磁铁以及复位弹簧组成,依据柴油机的气缸磨合状态以及柴油主机运行工况,采用电控气缸注油器优化传统机械气缸注油器,实现柴油机气缸油消耗率的均衡控制。实例分析结果表明,该方法可在船用柴油机不同工况下均衡控制气缸油消耗率,节油率高于30%。Research on the balanced control technology of cylinder oil consumption rate of marine diesel main engine to avoid excessive or low diesel main engine cylinder oil volume,which may cause piston and cylinder liner unable to run-in or machine parts pollution.The electronically controlled cylinder oiler is used to balance the oil consumption rate of the ship’s diesel main engine.The electronically controlled cylinder oiler installs the return electronic control valve in the outlet of the diesel main engine cylinder mechanical oiler and the cylinder fuel injection gun.The return electronic control valve is the return valve It is composed of coupling parts,valve body,electromagnet and return spring.According to the cylinder runningin state of the ship diesel engine and the operating conditions of the diesel engine,the electronic control cylinder oiler is used to optimize the traditional mechanical cylinder oiler to realize the cylinder oil consumption of the ship diesel engine.Rate of equalization control.The example analysis results show that the method can balance the cylinder oil consumption rate under different working conditions of the marine diesel engine,and the fuel saving rate is as high as 30%.
