摘 要:柴油机是舰船核心动力设备,影响着舰船安全航行。柴油机作业环境复杂,易发生运行故障。在舰船设备管理中有必要引入无线网络建立起柴油机故障远程诊断系统,在最短的时间内对故障状态进行远程诊断,快速修复故障。本文提出无线网络环境下的舰船柴油机故障远程诊断系统设计方案,通过优化系统硬件设备配置、建立故障数据库、采用BP神经网络处理数据,为远程诊断提供数据支撑。仿真实验证实,本系统能够快速、准确诊断出柴油机故障原因。The ship diesel engine is the core power equipment of the ship,which affects the safe navigation of the ship.The operating environment of diesel engines is complex and running failures are prone to occur.It is necessary to introduce wireless networks in the management of ship equipment to establish a remote diagnosis system for diesel engine faults,which can remotely diagnose faults in the shortest time and quickly repair faults.This paper proposes a design plan for a remote diagnosis system for ship diesel engine faults under a wireless network environment.By optimizing the system hardware equipment configuration,establishing a fault database,and using BP neural network to process data,it provides data support for remote diagnosis.Simulation experiments have confirmed that the system can be fast and Accurately diagnose the cause of the diesel engine failure.
