摘 要:传统电机控制系统缺乏舰船双螺旋桨结构的控制针对性,参数发生变化时控制精度低,因此设计一种数字信号处理的电机控制系统,并通过仿真实验验证其可靠性。系统在硬件部分主要设计了硬件结构的框架示意图,对数字信号处理器中芯片的采集、输出、加密、解码等功能进行了设计;软件部分针对舰船的双螺旋桨结构适配电机进行了数学建模,在此基础上设计了电机控制流程,完成了数字信号处理器的舰船电机控制系统的设计。在系统仿真性能测试中,相同实验条件下分别使用设计系统和传统系统对电机进行转速和电压控制。仿真结果表明,针对双螺旋桨电机的控制来说,设计的系统控制的控制相对误差明显小于传统系统。The traditional motor control system lacks the control pertinence of the ship’s twin propeller structure,and the control precision is low when the parameters change.Therefore,a motor control system based on digital signal processing is designed,and its reliability is verified by simulation experiments.In the hardware part of the system,the framework diagram of the hardware structure is designed,and the functions of the chip acquisition,output,encryption and decoding are designed.In the software part,mathematical modeling is carried out for the dual-propeller structural adaptive motor of the ship.On this basis,the control flow of the motor is designed,and the design of the ship motor control system based on digital signal processor is completed.In the system simulation performance test,the design system and the traditional system are respectively used to control the speed and voltage of the motor under the same experimental conditions.The simulation results show that the control relative error of the designed system is obviously smaller than that of the traditional system for the control of the twin propeller motor.
