摘  要:传统系统只具备单层控制功能,面对极寒天气时柴油机水温低于标准值,为此提出PLC舰船柴油机水温测量和自动控制系统。硬件上选择PLC并与其他硬件连接,强化PLC和可视化触摸屏之间的连接。软件上根据质量守恒和热力学定律,建立热量传导模型测量水温,采用PLC设置模糊控制和PID控制程序自动控制水温。实验结果表明,相对传统系统,本文系统的舰船柴油机水温控制效果更优。The traditional system only has single layer control function,and the water temperature of diesel engine is lower than the standard value in extremely cold weather.In hardware,PLC is selected and connected with other hardware to strengthen the connection between PLC and visual touch screen.In software,according to the law of mass conservation and thermodynamics,the heat conduction model is established to measure the water temperature.PLC is used to set up fuzzy control and PID control program to automatically control the water temperature.The experimental results show that the water temperature control effect of this system is better than that of the traditional system.
