摘 要:现有方法稳定性计算过程复杂,存在着稳定性安全裕量误差大问题,提出基于变频调速技术的港口船舶起重机械稳定性评估方法研究。首先构建港口船舶起重机械有限元模型,并获取起重机械截面数据,通过变频调速技术计算起重机械变频器容量,结合起重机械规定倾覆条件,计算船舶起重机械稳定性安全裕量,实现了港口船舶起重机械稳定性的评估。选取臂架类起重机械作为仿真实验,结果表明,相对于传统方法,本文方法的稳定性安全裕量误差降低,具备更佳的稳定性评估效果。The stability calculation process of the existing methods is complex,and there is a big error in the stability safety margin.This paper proposes a stability evaluation method of port ship crane based on variable frequency speed regulation technology.Firstly,the finite element model of the port ship crane is constructed,and the section data of the crane is obtained.Then,the inverter capacity of the crane is calculated by the frequency conversion speed regulation technology,and the stability safety margin of the ship crane is calculated according to the specified overturning conditions of the crane,so as to realize the stability evaluation of the port ship crane.The results show that,compared with the traditional method,the stability safety margin error of the proposed method is reduced,and the stability evaluation effect is better..
