摘 要:舰船在大宗货物运输中发挥了巨大的优势,但运输时间较长,为了弥补舰船运输时间长的缺点,合理规划航行路径具有重要的现实意义。为此,提出一种新的舰船航行路径规划评估方法。首先在指标选取原则的指导下,通过主成分分析法精简评估指标,然后利用熵值法的客观性来弥补层次分析法赋权结果的主观性,并以二者结合方法确定评估指标的综合权重,最后将指标权值和数值相乘,得到合理性分数。结果表明:利用研究的评估方法度量得出舰船航行规划路径1分值最高,为最合理的航行路径,证明了方法的有效性。Ships play a huge advantage in bulk cargo transportation,but the transportation time is long.In order to make up for the long transportation time,it is of great practical significance to plan the navigation path reasonably.Based on the above background,through the evaluation method to compare the rationality of ship navigation path planning.Firstly,under the guidance of the principle of index selection,the evaluation index is simplified by PCA method.Then,the objectivity of entropy method is used to make up for the subjectivity of AHP weighting result.The comprehensive weight of the evaluation index is determined by combining the two methods.Finally,the index weight and the number value are multiplied to obtain the rationality score.The results show that:using the evaluation method of the study,the ship navigation planning path 1 score is the highest,which is the most reasonable navigation path,which proves the effectiveness of the method.
