摘  要:不同船舶有着不同的船体参数,现有平衡控制方法实际构建的线性控制关系,计算过程较为复杂,导致实际控制响应时间过长,针对该问题,设计一种船舶调距桨推进装置负荷平衡控制方法。构建调距桨特性计算模型后,确定推进装置推力系数,联立推力系数与船舶吃水参数后,得到推力减额作用,减少负荷产生的不必要计算,根据得到的参数,构建一种模糊控制器结构,完成负荷平衡控制方法的构建。设定船舶技术参数后,设定推进装置电机的参数后,分别准备传统平衡控制方法、文献[2]中的平衡控制方法以及文中设计的平衡控制方法进行实验,结果表明:文中设计的平衡控制方法实际的响应时间最短。Different ships have different hull parameters,and the actual linear control relationship constructed by the existing balance control methods is complicated in the calculation process,which leads to a long response time of the actual control.In order to solve this problem,a load balance control method of the ship pitch propeller propulsion device is designed.After the characteristic calculation model of pitch adjustment propeller is established,the thrust coefficient of propulsion device is determined.After the combination of thrust coefficient and ship draft parameters,the thrust reduction effect is obtained to reduce the unnecessary calculation of load.According to the obtained parameters,a fuzzy controller structure is constructed to complete the construction of load balance control method.After setting the technical parameters of the ship and the motor parameters of the propulsion device,experiments were conducted on the traditional balance control method,the balance control method in literature[2]and the balance control method designed in this paper.The results show that the balance control method designed in this paper has the shortest response time in practice.
