摘　　要：目的 基于前期文献研究数据,挖掘和探究中医药治疗儿童原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的用药特点和组方规律,为临床治疗儿童ITP提供方药组成参考。方法 通过中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(SinoMed)和万方数据知识服务平台,选取1992-2023年出版的与中医药治疗ITP患儿有关的临床研究型文献,并提取文献中的方剂和药物建立数据库。同时,对中药的使用频次、性味归经及药物类别的频次进行统计。随后,采用二项、三项关联规则分析及聚类分析等方法,对方剂中的高频药物和药对进行挖掘。结果 共收录77篇文献,从中筛选出161首方剂和175味中药。最常见的证型为气不摄血证、阴虚火旺证、血热妄行证;频次≥18的中药共30味,包括地黄、仙鹤草和当归等;用药以补虚药、清热药和止血药为主;大多数中药药性为寒、温、平,药味为甘、苦,以入肝、心、脾经为主;通过关联规则分析,得到二项关联14条及三项关联29条;聚类分析得到个6核心药物组合。结论 中医药治疗儿童ITP多采用益气补血、滋阴清热、清热解毒、凉血止血及活血化瘀等治疗方法。Objective To explore the medication characteristics and prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP) in children based on the previous literature research data,it provides a reference for the clinical treatment of ITP in children.Methods Through China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP),China Biomedical Database(SinoMed) and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,the clinical research literature related to the treatment of ITP children with traditional Chinese medicine published from 1992 to 2023 was selected,and the prescriptions and drugs in the literature were extracted to establish a database.At the same time,the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine,the frequency of nature and flavor,and the frequency of drug categories were counted.Then,the high-frequency drugs and drug pairs in the prescriptions were mined by using the methods of binomial and threeterm association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results A total of 77 literatures were included,and 161 prescriptions and 175 traditional Chinese medicines were screened out.The most common syndromes were syndrome of failure of qi to keep blood,syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,syndrome of bleeding due to blood heat.A total of 30 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of ≥18,including Dihuang,Xianhecao and Danggui,etc.;medication was mainly tonic,heat-clearing and hemostatic drugs;most of the traditional Chinese medicine was cold,warm and flat,and the taste was sweet and bitter,mainly into the liver,heart and spleen.Through the analysis of association rules,14 two-item associations and 29 three-item associations were obtained.Cluster analysis obtained 6 core drug combinations.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ITP in children mostly adopts the methods of tonifying qi and blood,nourishing yin and clearing heat,clearing heat and detoxifying,cooling blood and stopping bleeding,promoting
