摘　　要：收集我院异常骨髓染色体核型结果数据,基于Microsoft Access软件建立临床资料及染色体核型数据库并对数据库资料进行初步分析。在该软件平台成功建立132例异常骨髓染色体核型病例数据库,并通过该平台总结了我院近两年不同血液病分型的常见异常骨髓染色体核型。该数据库可以合理有效的储存、管理异常骨髓染色体核型数据及提供多种数据检索功能。数据库不仅便于病案的信息化管理,而且有利于专业技术人员、临床医生更好的进行临床诊疗、教学和科研工作。The data of abnormal bone marrow chromosome karyotype results in our hospital were collected,and the clinical data and chromosome karyotype database were established based on Microsoft Access software,and the database data were preliminarily analyzed.A database of 132 cases of abnormal bone marrow chromosome karyotypes was successfully established on this software platform,and the common abnormal bone marrow chromosome karyotypes of different hematological diseases in our hospital in the past two years were summarized through this platform.The database can reasonably and effectively store and manage abnormal bone marrow karyotype data and provide a variety of data retrieval functions.Meanwhile,the database is not only convenient for the information management of medical records,but also conducive to professional and technical personnel and clinicians to better carry out clinical diagnosis and treatment,teaching and research work.
