摘　　要：电子健康卡使用中普遍存在基础设施不够完善、多种介质并用、申领渠道单一、医疗场景融合不足,信息交流不畅等问题。本文结合医院建设情况以及应用现状,构建以电子健康卡主索引系统为一个中心的兼容平台,通过主索引与全民健康信息平台、电子健康卡卡管平台、医保平台进行三类数据交互,实现门诊场景、住院场景、门禁场景、特殊场景四大场景、全流程整合应用,提供规范、有序、便捷的就医服务,提高患者满意度和信任度,为跨部门、跨机构、跨区域的数据资源整合共享提供数据支撑。There are many problems in the use of electronic health cards,such as imperfect infrastructure,the use of multiple media,single application channel,insufficient integration of medical scenes,and poor information exchange.Based on the current situation of hospital construction and application,this paper constructs a compatible platform with the main index system of electronic health card as a center.Through the main index and the national health information platform,the electronic health card card management platform and the medical insurance platform,three types of data interaction are carried out to realize the four scenes of outpatient scene,hospitalization scene,access control scene and special scene,and the whole process integration application.It provides standardized,orderly and convenient medical service,improves patient satisfaction and trust,and provides data support for the integration and sharing of data resources across departments,institutions and regions.
