综合随访护理服务对乳腺癌术后患者自我护理能力、癌症复发恐惧及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨综合随访护理服务对乳腺癌术后患者自我护理能力、癌症复发恐惧及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2021年4月-2023年3月南昌市人民医院收治的62例乳腺癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各31例。对照组实施常规临床护理,研究组则行综合随访护理服务,比较两组自我护理能力评分(自我护理技能、健康知识水平掌握、自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理能力总分)、癌症复发恐惧评分、生活质量评分(躯体方面、精神及心理方面、与他人关系、总体主观感觉)。结果 与护理前比较,研究组护理后自我护理技能、健康知识水平掌握、自我概念、自我责任感评分及总分升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05);与护理前比较,研究组护理后癌症复发恐惧评分降低,且低于对照组(P<0.05);与护理前比较,研究组护理后躯体方面、精神及心理方面、与他人关系、总体主观感觉评分升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合随访护理服务可提高乳腺癌术后患者自我护理能力及生活质量,降低患者癌症复发恐惧。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive follow-up nursing service on self-care ability,fear of cancer recurrence and quality of life in patients with breast cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients with breast cancer admitted to Nanchang People's Hospital from April2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.In the control group,patients were received routine clinical nursing,while in the study group,patients were received comprehensive follow-up nursing service.The self-care ability score(self-care skills,health knowledge level,self-concept,self-responsibility,total score of self-care ability),fear of cancer recurrence score and quality of life score(physical,mental and psychological aspects,relationship with others,overall subjective feeling)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before nursing,the scores of self-care skills,health knowledge,self-concept,selfresponsibility and total score of the study group after nursing were higher,and higher than those of the control group( P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the fear of cancer recurrence score in the study group after nursing was lower,and lower than that in the control group( P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of physical,mental and psychological aspects,relationship with others and overall subjective feeling in the study group increased after nursing,and higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive follow-up nursing service can improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after surgery,and reduce the fear of cancer recurrence.
