中医特色护理技术配合中药保留灌肠对慢性盆腔炎患者恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究中医特色护理技术配合中药保留灌肠对慢性盆腔炎患者恢复的影响。方法:选取2020年3月—2023年3月临川区人民医院收治的60例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医特色护理,两组患者持续护理2周。对比两组患者护理前后中医证候积分、负性情绪、炎症反应、生活质量及复发率情况。结果:护理后,观察组患者各项中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.015、6.663、7.269,P<0.05);观察组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.394、19.479,P<0.05);观察组患者炎症反应指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=14.815、12.124,P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.728,P<0.05);随访1年,观察组患者复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论:在慢性盆腔炎患者中实施中医特色护理技术配合中药保留灌肠可减轻负性情绪、炎症反应,加快病情好转,降低复发率,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on the recovery of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Linchuan District People’s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine.Control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology for 2 weeks.TCM syndrome scores,negative emotions,inflammatory reactions,quality of life and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=8.015,6.663,7.269;P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression Scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.394,19.479;P<0.05).The inflammatory response indexes in observation group were better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.815,12.124;P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.728;P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can reduce negative emotions and inflammatory reactions,accelerate the improvement of the condition,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life.
