摘　　要：目的:调查接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的不孕症患者婚姻现状及相关因素并提出干预对策。方法:采用方便抽样方法抽取本院2022年5月-2024年5月IVF-ET患者作为研究对象,对纳入的326对夫妻进行问卷调查,发放一般资料调查表、Locke-Wollance婚姻调适问卷,分析IVF-ET患者婚姻状况及有关因素,针对性提出相应干预对策。结果:男性婚姻调适问卷得分(107.85±19.36分)高于女性(101.59±18.74分),男性婚姻失调占比(26.1%)低于女性(35.0%)(均P<0.05);多因素分析显示,年龄≥35岁、不孕不育年限>5年是IVF-ET夫妻双方婚姻失调的有关影响因素,女性婚姻失调的有关因素还包括文化程度低、与长辈同住、生育压力来源为长辈,男性婚姻失调的有关因素还包括个人收入水平低、居住地为农村、独生子。结论:IVF-ET患者中女性婚姻失调比例高于男性,夫妻婚姻失调的影响因素集中在年龄、不孕不育年限、文化程度、家庭生活类型、生育压力来源、个人收入水平、居住地、是否独生子女等方面,临床可根据上述因素将夫妻作为一体拟定干预对策,以改善IVF-ET患者婚姻质量。Objective:To investigate the marital status and its related factors of patients with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET),and to study the intervention countermeasures of the marital status pf the patients.Methods:The patients who had given IVF-ET in the hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method,and 326 couples(the patients and her husbands)who met the inclusion criteria were investigated by questionnaire.The general information questionnaire and the Locke-Wollance marriage adjustment questionnaire were distributed to these couples for analyzing their marital status and its related factors,and the corresponding intervention countermeasures were formulated.Results:The score of marriage adjustment questionnaire(107.85±19.36 points)of the males was significantly higher than that of the females(101.59±18.74 points),and the proportion of the marriage disorder(26.1%)of the males was significantly lower than that(35.0%)of the females(all P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the age≥35 years old and the duration of infertility>5 years were the related factors of the marital disorder of the couples with IVF-ET.The related factors of the female marriage disorder included their low education level,living with the elderships and the source of the fertility pressure from elders,while the related factors of the male marriage disorder also included their low personal income level,living in rural area and being the only child.Conclusion:The proportion of the marital imbalance of the female who had been treated by IVF-ET is higher than that of their husbands.The influencing factors of the marital disorders of the couples focus on the age,the duration of infertility,the education level,the family life type,the source of fertility pressure,the personal income level,the residence and the only 1 child in the family and so on.According to these influencing factors of the couple with IVF-ET,the couple should be taken as a whole to develop the interventi
