基于Kano模型的家庭支持性照顾需求的服务模式在老年妇科恶性肿瘤中应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于Kano模型的家庭支持性照顾需求的服务干预模式应用于老年妇科恶性肿瘤患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年12月本院收治的老年妇科恶性肿瘤患者500例,随机数字表法均分观察组(250例)和对照组(250例),对照组采用常规家庭支持性照顾需求护理干预,观察组给予基于Kano模型的家庭支持性照顾需求的护理干预。对比两组干预前后心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(40.28±6.67分)及抑郁自评量表(42.10±5.25分)评分均低于对照组(43.54±7.24分、45.93±5.63分),症状与体征、社会与家庭、精神心理状态、日常生活情况和总体生活质量得分(11.5±3.0分)高于对照组(8.9±2.6分),护理满意度(89.2%)高于对照组(81.2%)(均P<0.05)。结论:基于Kano模型的家庭支持性照顾需求的护理干预应用于老年妇科恶性肿瘤患者,可有效改善患者生活质量,优化心理状态,提升护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the service intervention model of family supportive care needs based on the Kano model for elderly patients with gynecological malignancies.Methods:500 elderly patients with gynecological malignancies who admitted to the hospital were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into study group(250 cases)and control group(250 cases)according to the random number table method from January 2022 to December 2023.The patients in the control group received the routine family supportive care intervention,while the patients in the study group received nursing intervention of family supportive care needs based on the Kano model.The psychological status,the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction of the patients before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(40.28±6.67 points)and self-rating depression scale(42.10±5.25 points)of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those(43.54±7.24 points and 45.93±5.63 points)of the patients in the control group.The symptoms and signs,the social and family,the mental status,and the daily life situation of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of the patients in the control group.The overall quality of life score(11.5±3.0 points)and the nursing satisfaction(89.2%)of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those(8.9±2.6 points and 81.2%)of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The service intervention model of family supportive care needs based on the Kano model for the elderly patients with gynecological malignancies can effectively improve their quality,optimize their psychological state and enhance their nursing satisfaction.
