摘　　要：目的:分析复杂性宫内节育器(IUD)取器术中米索前列醇应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2021年5月本院收治的进行复杂性IUD取器术者97例作为研究对象,依据是否使用米索前列醇分为对照组(未使用米索前列醇,n=46)和观察组(使用米索前列醇,n=51)。对比两组取器效果。结果:观察组宫颈软化率(94.1%)、手术成功率(98.0%)均高于对照组(82.6%、87.0%),疼痛程度观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05);并发症发生率观察组(13.7%)与对照组(4.4%)无差异(P>0.05)。结论:IUD取器术前应用米索前列醇能促进宫颈软化,提高取IUD手术成功率,减少受术者取器疼痛,应用安全。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of misoprostol used in the complex intrauterine device(IUD)removal surgery.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2021,97 patients who had undergone the complex IUD removal in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to whether misoprostol was used,these patients were divided into control group(46 cases without misoprostol used)and study group(51 cases with misoprostol used).The therapeutic effects of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The cervical softening rate(94.1%)and the success rate of IUD removal(98.0%)of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those(82.6%and 87.0%)of the patients in the control group.The pain degree of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications(13.7%vs.4.4%)of the patients between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol used for the patients before IUD removal can improve their cervical softening,increase their surgical success rate and reduce their pain degree,and with the safety.
