产业融合发展对县域城乡居民收入差距的影响——基于中国县域面板数据的分析

摘　　要：基于2013—2021年中国1874个县域的面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型和非线性中介效应模型等方法,对产业融合之于县域城乡居民收入差距的影响及其作用机制的研究发现:第一,县域产业融合对城乡居民收入差距呈显著的U型非线性影响,即在产业融合水平较低时,产业融合有助于城乡居民收入差距的缩小;当产业融合水平较高时,会加剧城乡居民收入差距的扩大,但是目前我国大部分县域尚未跨越缩小城乡居民收入差距的拐点。第二,机制分析表明,县域产业融合通过促进产业结构升级和推进城镇化双重机制影响城乡居民收入差距。第三,长期效应分析表明,县域产业融合对城乡居民收入差距的影响存在第二个拐点,即更高水平的县域产业融合能够进一步缩小城乡居民收入差距。上述研究结论意味着,政府应根据县域产业发展特点,加强基础设施与制度建设,有序推进县域产业融合发展,以有效缩小城乡居民收入差距。Based on panel data from 1874 counties in China from 2013 to 2021,this study employs bidirectional fixed effect models and nonlinear mediation models to examine the impact of county-level industrial integration on the urban-rural income gap and its underlying mechanisms.The results reveal a significant U-shaped nonlinear relationship between industrial integration and income gap:At lower levels of industrial integration,it helps reduce the urban-rural income gap,while at higher levels,it exacerbates the gap.However,most counties in China have not yet reached the inflection point where the income gap begins to widen.Mechanism analysis shows that county-level industrial integration affects income gap through two main channels:promoting industrial upgrading and advancing urbanization.Long-term effect analysis indicates a second inflection point where high levels of industrial integration further reduce the income gap.These findings suggest that the government should strengthen infrastructure and institutional development based on the characteristics of county-level industrial development,and promote the integration of county-level industries in a systematic manner to effectively narrow the urban-rural income gap.
