摘　　要：感染性颅内动脉瘤是感染性心内膜炎少见但致命的并发症,其诊断与治疗是心内膜炎患者围术期处理的难点。本文回顾本中心成功救治的3例感染性心内膜炎合并感染性颅内动脉瘤复杂病例,总结相关诊疗经验。Infectious intracranial aneurysm(IIA)is a rare yet fatal complication of infective endocarditis(IE),posing challenges in the perioperative management of patients with IE.This article reports three complex cases of IE complicated with IIAs which were successfully cured in our center,and summarizes related diagnosis and treatment experience.
