摘　　要：肠易激综合征是一种临床常见病,其患病率较高且具有较强的复发性。为帮助临床医师对肠易激综合征进行准确、合理的诊断与治疗,本共识旨在明确肠易激综合征的定义、流行病学特征、病因与发病机制、诊断标准及治疗方法,以提升对肠易激综合征的认识,规范临床诊断和治疗行为。Irritable bowel syndrome is a common clinical disease with a high incidence and strong recurrence.To assist clinical physicians in accurately and reasonably diagnosing and treating gallstones,this consensus starts with the understanding,diagnosis,and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,comprehensively and deeply introducing the recent research progress of gallstones,highlighting clinical practicality.
