摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎是一种临床常见病,在我国患病率极高。为帮助临床医师对慢性萎缩性胃炎进行准确、合理的诊断与治疗,本共识从中医和西医对慢性萎缩性胃炎的认识、诊断以及治疗等方面入手,旨在为慢性萎缩性胃炎的精准诊疗提供全面指导,促进慢性萎缩性胃炎研究的进一步发展。Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common clinical disease with a high incidence and strong recurrence.To assist clinical physicians in accurately and reasonably diagnosing and treating gallstones,this consensus starts with the understanding,diagnosis,and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,comprehensively and deeply introducing the recent research progress of gallstones,highlighting clinical practicality.
