摘　　要：《急性胰腺炎中医诊疗专家共识(2023)》是2020年11月由中华中医药学会脾胃病分会在北京牵头,联合全国26家三级甲等医院、高等院校及科研机构共同修订的一部急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)中医诊疗专家共识。它呈现了三大重要特点:(1)全面性:包括AP的西医诊断、中医范畴、病因病机、辨证分型、临床治疗、疗效评定、中医药循证医学进展、预防调摄、转归与随访等多方面,为中医诊疗AP提供全面指导;(2)前沿性:与AP国际诊疗前沿接轨,新增“西医诊疗进展概述”“难点问题分析与中医药优势”及“中医药循证医学进展”专栏;(3)创新性:新增“现代名家学术经验”专栏,传承中医名家经验;(4)实用性:完善了辨证治疗中中药方剂及中成药使用剂量,针刺疗法部分增加辨证针刺选穴,预防调摄更具体,临床指导价值更大。为了更好地应用该共识,本文将解读该共识的主要更新及重点内容,以推动其在临床实践中的应用。The Expert Consensus on Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis(2023)is a consensus of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment experts on acute pancreatitis(AP)jointly revised by the Spleen and Stomach Disease Branch of the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing in November 2020,in collaboration with 26 tertiary hospitals,universities,and research institutions across the country.It presents three important characteristics:①comprehensiveness:including Western medicine diagnosis,traditional Chinese medicine category,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,clinical treatment,efficacy evaluation,evidence-based medicine progress in traditional Chinese medicine,prevention and adjustment,outcome and follow-up of AP,providing comprehensive guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of AP in traditional Chinese medicine;②frontiers:in line with the international forefront of AP diagnosis and treatment,new columns have been added for"overview of Western medical diagnosis and treatment progress","analysis of difficult issues and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine",and"progress of evidence based medicine in traditional Chinese medicine";③innovation:added a column on"modern famous scholars'academic experience"to inherit the experience of famous Chinese medicine experts;④practicality:improve the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations in the treatment of syndrome differentiation,increase the selection of acupuncture points based on syndrome differentiation,make prevention and regulation more specific,and have greater clinical guidance value.In order to better apply this consensus,this article will interpret the main updates and key contents of the consensus to promote its application in clinical practice.
