摘　　要：肝硬化腹水是失代偿期肝硬化患者最常见的并发症之一,其迁移难愈,治疗手段有限,病死率高,是临床中颇为棘手的疾病。中医认为肝硬化腹水属于鼓胀范畴,王宪波教授认为鼓胀是与肝脾肺肾相关的津液代谢紊乱的一类疾病,治疗重在实脾,贯穿始终,同时宣肺理气,令肺脾得畅,若病情进一步发展,可根据病机对症加予活血、温阳、补肾等治法。Cirrhosis ascites is one of the most common complications in patients with decompensated cirrhosis.In clinical practice,this condition is intractable and difficult to cure,offering limited treatment options and carrying a high mortality rate.Cirrhosis ascites is categorized as tympanites in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor WANG Xianbo believes that tympanites is a kind of disorder of body fluid metabolism related to liver,spleen,lung and kidney.He proposes that the primary therapeutic approach should focus on tonifying the spleen,while also ensuring the ventilation of the lung and regulation of qi to make sure the spleen functions well and the lungs are unobstructed.If the disease gets worsen,it is necessary to add other treatments,such as promoting blood circulation,warming Yang,and tonifying the kidney,according to the pathogenesis and administer treatments.
