摘　　要：近年来世界人口老龄化与老龄人口女性化日益加剧,老年公寓作为重要的养老设施,其空间设计与优化已成为社会关注的重点。然而,传统的适老化设计往往忽视了性别差异,大量“去性别化”空间的存在导致大量老年公寓空置率较高、服务效能低下。本文以性别差异的视角,选取哈尔滨市四家老年公寓,通过行为观察法收集行为规律数据,归纳得出老年人行为空间偏好特征,提出性别差异视角下老年公寓空间优化策略,以期为我国老年公寓更精细化和人性化设计做出有益的探索[1]。In recent years,the aging of the world's population and the feminization of the aging population have been increasing,and the spatial design and optimization of senior apartments,as important facilities for the elderly,have become the focus of social attention.However,the traditional aging design often ignores gender differences,and the existence of a large number of "de-gendered" spaces has led to a large number of senior apartments with high vacancy rates and low service effectiveness.In this paper,we select four senior apartments in Harbin City from the perspective of gender differences,collect data on behavioral patterns through behavioral observation method,summarize the behavioral spatial preference characteristics of the elderly,and put forward the spatial optimization strategy of senior apartments from the perspective of gender differences,with a view to making useful exploration for the design of senior apartments in China in a more refined and humanized way.
