摘　　要：长者服务点是深圳市社区养老设施的重要组成部分,日间可为社区中的老年人就近提供生活、保健康复、娱乐等服务。大部分长者服务点由社区旧的养老设施升级而来,由于建设规范不全面,导致目前升级改造过程中部分空间闲置。本文从老年人的差异性需求出发,比较深圳市商品房、城中村社区老年人对长者服务点功能配置的差异性需求,以需求为导向,对两类社区中的长者服务点的功能配置进行优化,为深圳市相关规范的完善提供参考,对深圳商品房社区和城中村社区的长者服务点建设或改造具有一定的实践意义。Elderly service points are an important component of community elderly carefacilities in Shenzhen.During the day,they can provide nearby services such as living,health and rehabilitation,and entertainment for the elderly in the community.Most elderly service points have been upgraded from old elderly care facilities in the community.Due to incomplete construction standards,some spaces are currently idle during the upgrading and renovation process.Starting from the differential needs of the elderly,this article compares the differential needs of elderly people in Shenzhen's commercial housing and urban village communities for the functional configuration of elderly service points.Guided by demand,the functional configuration of elderly service points in these two communities is optimized,providing reference for the improvement of relevant regulations in Shenzhen.It has certain practical significance for the construction or renovation of elderly service points in Shenzhen's commercial housing and urban village communities.
