摘 要:随着“包容性城市”理念的日益发展和“15分钟社区生活圈”建设的不断完善,视障者的出行需求与无障碍环境改造逐渐引发关注。既有研究表明社区层级的相关研究起步较晚,针对视障人群的定制化研究较少,且局限于特定场所设施的设计。以上海市L社区为例,针对生活圈内公共设施与社区道路无障碍环境总结现状问题,并使用KANO模型分析视障者的出行需求,提出优化社区设施、完善道路环境、增强感官补偿与智慧出行科技的优化策略。With the increasing development of the"Inclusive City"concept and the ongoing improvement of the"15-Minute Community Life Circle,"the travel needs of visually impaired individuals and the transformation of barrier-free environments have gradually garnered attention.Existing research indicates that studies at the community level are relatively recent,with limited customized research focused on visually impaired populations and often confined to the design of specific facilities.Taking L Community in Shanghai as a case study,this research summarizes the current issues regarding public facilities and the barrier-free environment of community roads within the living circle.It employs the Kano model to analyze the travel needs of visually impaired individuals and proposes four optimization strategies:improving community facilities,enhancing road environments,strengthening sensory compensation,and advancing smart travel technologies.
