摘　　要：基于场所记忆理论,研究城市转型背景下工业遗存的活化实现路径,提出场所记忆调研、资料整合与要素提取、价值评估、制定实施策略、完成规划设计方案的技术路线。以天津市第一机床厂更新改造设计为例,研究工业遗存重构与生长的规划设计策略。介绍项目的总体保护策略、原貌保留建筑方案、保留改造建筑方案、再利用改造建筑方案、材料再利用方案,以期为同类项目提供借鉴。Based on the theory of place memory,this article investigates the revitalization pathways for industrial heritage in the context of urban transformation.It proposes a technical route that includes site memory survey,data integration and element extraction,value assessment,strategy formulation,and design proposals.Taking the renovation and redesign of Tianjin First Machine Tool Factory as an example,the study investigates planning and design strategies for the reconstruction and growth of industrial heritage.It introduces the overall conservation strategy,original preservation building plans,retained and transformed building plans;adaptive reuse building plans,material reuse schemes.The aim is to provide reference for similar projects.
