摘　　要：作为长沙核心商圈的代表,五一广场近四十年的空间重构历程与城市现代化进程高度同步,为解析改革开放以来中国城市商业格局转型提供了重要样本。本研究整合地方志考据、空间测绘数据及口述史资料,将五一广场1979年后的演进轨迹划分为三个特征鲜明的阶段,并基于多主体互动视角,从城市、建筑和人群三个层面切入,系统总结了五一广场商业空间在不同阶段的演变特征与规律。这有助于理解中国城市现代化的演变,为未来的城市建设提供参考意见。As a representative of Changsha's core business district,the spatial reconstruction process of Wuyi Square in the past 40 years is highly synchronized with the process of urban modernization,which provides an important sample for analyzing the transformation of China's urban business pattern since the reform and opening up.This study integrates local records,spatial mapping data and oral history data,divides the evolution track of Wuyi Square after 1979 into three distinct stages,and systematically summarizes the evolution characteristics and laws of Wuyi Square's commercial space in different stages from the perspective of multi-agent interaction from the three levels of city,architecture and people.This is helpful to understand the evolution of urban modernization in China and provide reference for future urban construction.
