摘　　要：随着经济社会加速发展及医疗技术水平持续提升,医院作为民生健康保障的核心机构与医疗改革实施主体,亟需以精细化管理为抓手推进可持续发展。后勤管理作为医院运营的重要支撑体系,其效能直接影响医疗服务质量与经济效益。当前我国公立医院普遍存在“重临床、轻后勤”的管理倾向,后勤管理存在人员结构复杂、业务门类多样、标准化程度不足等问题,与发达国家存在一定差距。精细化管理作为现代管理的必然趋势,通过程序化、标准化和数据化手段实现资源优化配置与成本精准控制,对后勤管理效能起到关键作用。本文就如何进行医院后勤精细化管理进行综述,为医院建立高效低耗的后勤管理体系提供理论依据。With the acceleration of economic and social development and the continuous improvement of medical technology,hospitals,as the core institutions of people's livelihood health protection and the main body of medical reform implementation,urgently need to promote sustainable development with fine management as the starting point.Logistics management is an important support system for hospital operation,and its effectiveness directly affects the quality of medical services and economic benefits.At present,China's public hospitals generally have the management tendency of''emphasizing clinical practice and neglecting logistics''.Logistics management has problems such as complex personnel structure,diverse business categories and insufficient standardization.There is a certain gap with developed countries.As an inevitable trend of modern management,fine management realizes the optimal allocation of resources and accurate cost control through procedural,standardized and data-based means,which plays a key role in the efficiency of logistics management.This paper summarizes how to carry out the fine management of hospital logistics,and provides a theoretical basis for the hospital to establish an efficient and low-consumption logistics management system.
