摘 要:目的探讨CICARE沟通模式在特需门诊患儿临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月无锡市儿童医院特需门诊收治的5000例患儿作为研究对象,其中2021年9月至2022年3月收治的2500例患儿纳入对照组,采用传统沟通模式;2022年4—9月收治的2500例患儿纳入干预组,采用CICARE沟通模式。比较两组心理状态、临床配合度及临床护理质量。结果干预后,两组状态焦虑量表评分均低于干预前,且干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组特质焦虑量表评分比较差异无统计学意义;干预后,两组饮食配合、护患沟通、用药配合、返院复查配合、治疗依从性评分均高于干预前,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组服务态度、沟通技巧、健康宣教、工作责任心及护理操作技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CICARE沟通模式能改善特需门诊患儿心理状态,提高患儿临床依从性及护理服务质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of CICARE communication mode in clinical nursing of children with special needs.Methods 5000 children admitted to the Special Needs Outpatient department of Wuxi Children's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and 2500 children admitted from September 2021 to March 2022 were included in the control group,treared with the traditional communication mode,2500 children admitted from April to September 2022 were included in the intervention group,treared with the CICARE communication model.The psychological state,compliance and clinical nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of state anxiety scale of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in trait anxiety scale scores between the two groups.After intervention,the scores of diet coordination,nurse-patient communication,medication coordination,return to hospital review cooperation and treatment compliance of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of service attitude,communication skills,health education,job responsibility and nursing operation skills in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CICARE communication mode can improve the psychological state,clinical compliance and nursing service quality of children with Special Needs Outpatient,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
