摘  要:大连市中心城区生活垃圾焚烧发电二期工程污水处理站项目设计出水部分回用、部分排放。其中,回用部分水质满足GB/T 19923—2005城市污水再生利用工业用水水质中敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水水质要求,排放部分执行GB 18918—2002城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准一级A标准。渗滤液处理主体工艺为“预处理+厌氧+外置式MBR+纳滤+反渗透”,浓缩液处理采用“物料膜减量化+回喷”工艺。项目整体运行情况良好,出水稳定达标。The sewage treatment station project of the second phase of domestic waste incineration power generation project in the central urban area of Dalian city was designed to partially reuse the effluent and partially discharge it.Among them,the water quality of the recycled part met supplementary water quality requirements of the open circulating cooling water system in the GB/T 19923—2005 Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses,and the discharge part should comply with the first level A standard of GB 18918—2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.The main process of leachate treatment is“pretreatment+anaerobic+external MBR+nanofiltration+reverse osmosis”,and the concentrated solution treatment adopts the process of“material film reduction+reinjection”.The overall operation of the project is good,and the effluent quality is stable and up-to-standard.
