摘　　要：随着砜吡草唑化合物中国专利于2022年2月25日到期,其复配组合物、制剂专利技术日益受到关注、重视。详细分析了砜吡草唑的复配组合物、制剂中国专利技术现状,展望了砜吡草唑的复配技术创新路径及环保型制剂发展方向。随着市场竞争加剧,原研企业及国内企业需加强创新力度,提升专利布局能力,以实现砜吡草唑技术与市场的可持续发展。With the expiration of the Chinese patent for the pyroxasulfone compound on February 25,2022,the patent technologies of its compound combinations and formulations have increasingly attracted attention.This article provided a detailed analysis of the current situation of Chinese patent technologies for the compound combinations and formulations of pyroxasulfone,and looked forward to the innovation path of compound technology and the development direction of environmentally friendly formulations of pyroxasulfone.As market competition intensifies,original research companies and domestic companies need to strengthen innovation efforts and enhance patent layout capabilities to achieve sustainable development of pyroxasulfone technology and the market.
