摘 要:为研发兼具环境友好特性与多靶点协同效应的抗植物病毒新农药,南开大学汪清民教授团队以天然活性物质骆驼蓬碱为先导,经系统化结构优化与创新设计,成功开发出具有全新分子骨架与作用机制的抗植物病毒候选化合物NK0209,NK0209不仅对蔬菜、水果和粮食作物病毒病具有突出防效,且对感染病毒病作物生长具有明显促进作用,同时还对多种植物病原真菌具有良好防治效果。该成果随后由山东京博农化科技有限公司进行商业化开发,NK0209于2017年获中文通用名氯吲哚酰肼,2020年获ISO国际通用名chloroinconazide。2025年10%氯吲哚酰肼+3%氨基寡糖素SC(瑞耐斯)在柬埔寨成功取得新农药登记证。该药剂通过“病毒抑制-免疫激活-促生修复”三重协同机制,有效突破传统抗病毒剂功能局限,为植物病毒病的综合防控提供了全新的解决方案。To develop novel anti-plant-virus agrochemicals that combine environmental friendliness with multi-target synergistic effects,Professor Wang Qingmin’s research team at Nankai University utilized the natural bioactive compound harmine as a lead structure.Through systematic structural optimization and innovative design,they successfully developed the candidate compound NK0209,which features a novel molecular scaffold and a unique mechanism of action.NK0209 not only demonstrates exceptional efficacy against viral diseases in vegetables,fruits,and cereal crops but also significantly promotes the growth of virus-infected plants.Additionally,it exhibits robust antifungal activity against a wide range of plant pathogenic fungi.This breakthrough was subsequently commercialized by Shandong Jingbo Agrochemical Technology Co.,Ltd.,NK0209 was granted the Chinese common name lvyinduoxianjing in 2017 and the ISO international nonproprietary name chloroinconazide in 2020.In 2025,its formulation chloroinconazide 10%+amino-oligosaccharin 3%SC(branded as Lenatus)successfully obtained a new pesticide registration certificate in Cambodia.By integrating a"virus inhibition-immune activation-growth promotion and repair"triple synergistic mechanism,this formulation overcomes the functional limitations of traditional antiviral agents.It offers an innovative and comprehensive solution for managing plant viral diseases,marking a significant advancement in sustainable agricultural practices.
