摘 要:硫虫酰胺为自主创制的新型邻甲酰氨基苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂,为延长其产品生命周期,采用浸叶法评价了硫虫酰胺与虫螨腈对小菜蛾的联合作用,并在新疆、四川和安徽开展了1年3地的田间药效试验以明确其田间防效和使用技术。结果表明,硫虫酰胺与虫螨腈以质量比为2∶1、2∶2、2∶3、2∶4和2∶5的混配组合对小菜蛾均表现为明显的增效作用,其中以2∶3的混配组合的增效作用最显著,其共毒系数为171.07。25%虫螨腈·硫虫酰胺SC在75~112.50 g/hm^(2)剂量下对小菜蛾具有很好的防治效果,药后7 d,新疆、四川和安徽等3地对小菜蛾的防效分别为81.4%~89.7%、90.4%~97.0%和91.2%~96.1%,高于或相当于10%硫虫酰胺SC 60 g/hm^(2)和240 g/L虫螨腈SC100.80 g/hm^(2)处理的防效,可以用来防治甘蓝小菜蛾。Thiotraniliprole is a new type of anthranilic diamide insecticide independently created in China.In order to extend its product life cycle,the leaf dipping method was used to evaluate the combined efficacy of thiotraniliprole and chlorfenapyr on Plutella xylostella.A field efficacy trial was carried out in Xinjiang,Sichuan and Anhui for one year in three locations to clarify its field control efficacy and usage technology.The results showed that the mixed combinations of thiotraniliprole and chlorfenapyr with a mass ratio of 2∶1,2∶2,2∶3,2∶4 and 2∶5 showed obvious synergistic efficacies on P.xylostella,among which the synergistic efficacy of the mixed combination of 2∶3 was the most significant,and its co-toxicity coefficient was 171.07.Chlorfenapyr·thiotraniliprole 25%SC had a good control efficacy on P.xylostella at a dosage of 75-112.50 g/ha.Seven days after application,the control efficacies on P.xylostella in Xinjiang,Sichuan and Anhui were 81.4%-89.7%,90.4%-97.0%and 91.2%-96.1%,respectively,which were higher than or equivalent to the control efficacies of thiotraniliprole 10%SC 60 g/ha and chlorfenapyr 240 g/L SC 100.80 g/ha,and can be used to control P.xylostella.
