摘 要:选取大蒜、苦瓜、生姜、芹菜等4种植物提取物作为研究对象,采用叶面喷雾方式开展了4种植物提取物对葡萄霜霉病的田间防治效果评价,以期为葡萄霜霉病的绿色防控提供理论指导。结果表明,在供试的4种植物提取物中,以浓度为6 mg/mL的大蒜提取物溶液对葡萄霜霉病的防治效果最好,第3次施药后7 d防治效果为74.91%,优于苦瓜提取物、生姜提取物和芹菜提取物,并且明显优于化学药剂处理。Four kinds of plant extracts,including garlic,bitter gourd,ginger and celery,were selected as research objects,and the field control efficacy of the four plant extracts against grape downy mildew was evaluated by foliar spraying,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the green control of grape downy mildew.The results showed that among the four tested plant extracts,the garlic extract solution with a concentration of 6 mg/mL had the best control efficacy against grape downy mildew.The control efficacy reached 74.91%7 days after the third application,which was better than bitter gourd extract,ginger extract and celery extract,and significantly better than the treatment with chemical pesticides.
